&ldquo;The timing worked out very well at Waverly. Waverly has been through many iterations and when we came in, we hit it almost perfect,&rdquo; Kessel told FoodCary.

&ldquo;It&rsquo;s more than just a place where you can get a meatloaf omelet,&rdquo; Maynard told FoodCary. &ldquo;We have a big focus on healthy food and quality and that&rsquo;s not normal.&rdquo;
