In anticipation of Father&#8217;s Day weekend, the chef revealed some recipes that can be served up year-round. From Famous Toastery&#8217;s acclaimed Pig Candy to a &#8220;lazy Sunday sandwich&#8221; and pasta salad, Eric&#8217;s recipes can take at-home chef&#8217;s through summer cookouts and family gatherings alike.
Eric also discussed the wide variety of options dished out by Famous Toastery. While its brunch fare is its claim to fame, the brand has been working on innovative lunch dishes and even offers dinner at one of its current open locations.
