Fast Casual: Noodles & Co expands employee benefits, adds chief brand ambassador

In order to make Noodles & Company a more desirable workplace environment, the franchise has extended benefits for employees.

Employees of Noodles & Company can look forward to greater benefits this year. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand's initiative called #LifeatNoodles was implemented to help the brand solidify itself as a leader in the industry. Benefits range from student loan assistance to extended maternity leave.

CEO Dave Boennighause explained that #LifeatNoodles will serve as a way for the company to reward its hardworking team members. These new benefits will not be the end of the initiative, as the franchise plans to expand the program in the future.

"We value and care for every one of our team members, and we aspire to make Noodles the most enjoyable and rewarding place to work in the industry," said Boennighause.

In addition to the #LifeatNoodles program, Noodles & Company has announced a new chief brand ambassador: Chas Hermann. According to the article, he will be responsible for marketing efforts as well as the brand's culinary strategy. Hermann brings years of impressive experience to the table–ranging from work at The Walt Disney Company to Starbucks.
