This step comes less than two years after the brand was founded.

&quot;We are going to bring this concept to everyday people across America. We have had many franchise requests since we opened, but wanted to make sure all of our systems were in place. We are now ready,&quot; said director of operations Greg Bossler.

The fast casual, create-your-own sushi brand is optimistic that it will reach over $1 million by the end of its second year of operation.&nbsp;
