Selling is Your Job... Not the Brokers

Emerging franchisors …

Good brokers generate leads and present your brand. They don’t sell. That’s your job!

Brokers present their candidates with franchise opportunities they believe are a good fit. The broker’s job is to present and the franchisor’s job is to sell and award.

As a franchisor, you not only need to have a great brand, Item 19 and marketplace differentiators, but also a great process in place to inform, educate and convert qualified leads. If you want to build trust with brokers you need to show them that you have the processes in place to convert their leads.

Next time you present to a broker or broker organization, walk them through your lead conversion processes.
