Wing Snob is an emerging quick-service fast casual restaurant that specializes in serving made to order fresh wings with unique sauces and rubs. The restaurant’s menu features a wide variety of items, including classic chicken wings, boneless wings, chicken tenders, chicken sliders as well as cauliflower wings and Beyond Tenders.
Wing Snob was established in Detroit, Michigan in 2017 by founders Brian Shunia and Jack Mashini. The duo saw instant success with the concept and began offering franchise opportunities as early as 2018.

The franchise does not require its owners to have previous industry experience. Instead, the brand features its own comprehensive training program, dubbed “Wing Snob University,” which prepares new operators with everything they’ll need to operate a successful business. The franchise also has a dedicated operations team that provides initial and ongoing support in the form of quarterly business review, mystery shops, goal setting, weekly reporting, frequent visits, business set-up, vendor facilitation, lead operational systems compliance, health and safety regulations and profit and loss management.
