Press Tribune: ‘Boots to Business’ helps Air Force veteran open franchise in South Placer

FranNet helps veterans transition from the military into civilian life with the right business opportunity.

Micah Herbert met Jereme Shelton of FranNet Sacramento during a Boots to Business event, before going through the FranNet process to decipher what franchise would be a good fit for him.

“During my time in the Air Force, I felt that my career was kind of not moving forward … and I just wanted to move on from the Air Force and do something different in life,” Herbert said to the Press Tribune

Herbert is 29, and he decided to open a Dryer Vent Wizard franchise that serves Rocklin, Roseville and Granite Bay.
