Home Clean Heroes, the Virginia Beach-based residential cleaning franchise, is continuing its impressive franchise development in Dallas Fort-Worth. In Q3 of 2021, the brand saw a triple digit revenue increase and several new owners signed, including a three-unit signing in the Dallas area. The Home Clean Heroes team is anxious to sell out the DFW metro area

“Dallas is a prime market with an abundance of affluent, dual-income households,” said Jen Olson, Home Clean Heroes VP of Development. “With busy work schedules, dual-income families are willing to spend disposable income to ensure that their free time isn’t spent doing more work around the house.”

The Dallas-Fort Worth area features over half a million households, with the median household property value coming in at $188,100, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. While these higher-valued properties have always been more likely to outsource cleaning services, the COVID-19 pandemic has created an even stronger demand as millions of Americans make plans to stay home long-term and look for ways to keep their spaces clean and germ-free.

Home Clean Heroes gives franchisees the chance to satisfy this demand by providing a new standard of excellence in the constantly growing, $6 billion home-cleaning industry. As part of the Buzz Franchise Brands franchise family, the Virginia Beach-based cleaning company enables franchisees to realize their dreams of business ownership with the backing of an expert leadership team, a recurring revenue model and a differentiated, community-oriented consumer offering. Instead of the outdated “maid service” concept, Home Clean Heroes invites franchisees to be “Heroes,” providing fresh and modern methods to each and every customer.

Je An, the franchise owner behind the recent three-unit signing in Dallas, is one of those Heroes. After working in the telecommunications industry for the majority of his career, An eventually realized he wanted to find a better way to serve his community.

“I have always wanted to be a business owner,” said An. “I didn't have much experience in business, and I was afraid of being in the field where I would have to create my own business from the ground up. I learned about franchising and the opportunities and benefits that come with it. I realized that I can utilize the tools that I have learned from my previous job in corporate America to successfully start my own business.”

An prides himself on being someone who likes to give back and volunteers at the food bank every week. When he discovered the Home Clean Heroes franchise model, he knew he would have the unique opportunity to serve more people through his business.

“The Home Clean Heroes team is very experienced,” An said. “It is a young business, but they have a lot of experience working with clients and new franchisees. They know how to help owners achieve their goals, and the Home Clean Heroes team is also good at growing  businesses in new locations.”

With plans to open three territories, An says profits are important for his business, but his main goal is to get more involved with the Dallas community.

“Once I am at a stable business level, I want to be able to volunteer in my community,” said An. I have had experience in corporate America, and I want to do something for myself and see how far I can push myself.”

For those looking to replicate An’s success in Dallas or beyond, Home Clean Heroes is looking to partner with qualified entrepreneurs across the country and double its current ownership count within the next six months.

“We are extremely proud of the growth we’ve had over the last year, especially in my home state of Texas,” said Olson. “As Home Clean Heroes grows, it’s important for the brand to leave its mark on communities not only with sterling cleaning services but also with support for communities and charitable outreach. Now, we are hoping to partner with similarly passionate and community-oriented franchisees like Je An to help us bring Home Clean Heroes’ essential services to new markets across the country.”

The startup costs for a Home Clean Heroes single-unit franchise ranges from $97,924 to $120,037. To learn more about franchising with Home Clean Heroes, visit http://homecleanheroesfranchise.com.
