By now, most of us are immune to the changes that Instagram has thrown our way.

First, there was wide-spread outrage when the popular social media platform announced that it would be shifting from a chronological feed to algorithmically determined posts. Then, the company introduced new video features that, while not explicitly advertising products, will most likely be welcomed by businesses—featured channels and 60-second videos. And most recently, Instagram reported a new video ad carousel product, which allows brands to surface three to five photos and videos to users at once.

Now, a new Instagram change has been spotted in the wild—profiles designed specifically for businesses. This new feature could make it easier than ever for brands to connect with potential customers.

According to Mashable, the new profile pages for businesses will feature large “contact’ buttons, allowing users to quickly and directly connect with the company running the account. The new profiles will also include general information about the type of business it is (e.g. “Better-Burger Franchise”).

Only a small portion of users are a part of the experiment right now, but Instagram is most likely planning for a broader rollout as they continue to make their platform more friendly for businesses and advertisements than ever before.
