Additionally, hybrid working offers companies a significantly lower cost base with an average saving of $11,000 per employee.&nbsp;The cost-saving benefits paired with the unprecedented demand from companies and workers looking for hybrid working solutions have propelled IWG to add around 1,000 new locations over the next 12 months.&nbsp;&nbsp;Known as “The City Different,” Santa Fe’s distinct Pueblo style architecture and the New Mexico capital’s growing population are ideal for those looking for a quaint city to live in. The city, which was founded as a Spanish colony in 1610, is built around a central, traditional Plaza, where IWG’s new Spaces center is located. Demand for workspaces in the area has performed strongly, with the number of enquiries for space in IWG locations continuing to sharply increase.&nbsp;The building owners decided to invest in the IWG platform to maximize the return on their real estate space by capitalizing on the rapidly expanding demand for hybrid working. With an annual investment of around $60M into its technology platform, IWG provides partners with access to all the company’s expertise as well as design and fit-out support and sales and marketing capabilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;The new Spaces location will include facilities including private offices, meeting rooms, co-working and creative spaces.&nbsp;Situated at 150 Washington Ave., the coworking space is just minutes walk from restaurants, museums, and parks.
