For Turner, the main focus is providing support to franchisees in all phases of the business. “We wanted to continue to move forward with the company on operations and marketing and development,” Turner said. “The programs are really designed to ease that burden or to just assist or help them and say, ‘We're in this with you together.’”
Melting Pot franchisees Kim and Hollis Silva also detailed their experience franchising with the brand, including their growth in the company’s Path to Grow program.
