Mold Authority Announces Quick-Start Licensing Program
Company president Thomas Re’s “hyper-growth model” is set to take on new markets.
Mold Authority, the indoor air quality testing franchise, has announced the debut of its new Quick-Start Licensing Initiative, geared toward growing a national presence quickly and effectively.
The program is composed of licensed inspectors throughout the country, ones that have gained affiliate status through Mold Authority. Through the Quick-Start program, these inspectors are put in contact with business opportunities in their preexisting markets by, and under, the Mold Authority name. Inspectors will be able to take on more inspection opportunities as an affiliate, helping to build their own revenue and Mold Authority’s outreach.
Mold Authority President Thomas Re says the Quick-Start Licensing Initiative will set a company hyper-growth model in motion. It outlines and addresses how Mold Authority can create instant appeal to inspectors, prospective clients, national property management and insurance companies.
“What we’re finding is that a lot of our commercial clients want us to have a national presence, especially insurance adjusters & property managers. These are national companies, and they want uniformed inspection practice nation-wide,” said Re.
Building a network of licensed Mold Authority inspectors will help accelerate the company’s presence in new markets with fast reliable services and indoor air quality products, Re says.
While the Quick-Start Licensing Initiative is designed to expand Mold Authority’s reach, Re explains that the brand’s existing franchise model is still in place. “We put big investments into it, and that is the long-term side of it,” he said.
Re notes that Mold Authority offers a greater share of revenue to franchisees compared to licensees. A licencing partnership is a prime opportunity to help showcase the company business prowess to potential franchisees.
“I want people motivated by potential franchises to see that this is a sound company with great growth potential in a fast growing industry and that this is a brand that will be around for the long term,” Re said.
Andrew Melrose, vice president of operations at Mold Authority, said, “We can be that umbrella company for so many people. I want to have dependability and uniformity within the company in order to build a brand that represents reliability and trust. Once [an inspector] comes into the company they quickly realize they just partnered with something awesome and they want to be a franchisee. We have the system, the content, the way of doing things and the reputation,” he said.
The Quick-Start Licensing Initiative is engineered to satisfy the current market for quality inspectors. “[They] are pretty outnumbered in the sense of supply and demand, and that is why we want to build these relationships, because we really want to start servicing the need for this,” Re said.
Mold Authority’s comprehensive service will offer guidance to inspectors as the nationwide inspector-to-remediator ratio is around 1-to-15. Through its Quick-Start Licensing Initiative, Mold Authority can connect inspectors to this heightened demand while establishing a larger company presence in new markets.
“The demand in the market really determines a lot, and loyal communities are really aware,” Re added. “People are realizing that a mold inspection is very important, but they just don’t actually know where to find a trusted company.”
“It gives us nice momentum,” Re said, “and I also think it allows us from a marketing standpoint to work together with our inspectors on national campaigns to build brand awareness. We want anyone in any city to be able to request an inspection and get service within a few hours. That’s what we really hope to achieve through the quick-start initiative.”
The initial investment for a Mold Authority franchise ranges from $42,750 to $91,950, For more information about franchising with Mold Authority, visit https://moldauthority.com/franchise/.
