The restaurant, reopening on Monday, September 16th will be located at 199 Boston Rd #8, North Billerica, MA. The Billerica reopening marks the fourth MOOYAH Burgers, Fries &amp; Shakes restaurant for Patrick Guay and Phil Howells. With the success at their other MOOYAH locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut, they couldn&rsquo;t wait for the opportunity to be part of the Billerica community.

&ldquo;Billerica is a natural extension of our operations. We are excited to bring our community focused approach to this fantastic market.&rdquo; Guay said.&nbsp;

The two business owners realized there was a gap in the fast-casual market in Massachusetts&mdash;there just wasn&rsquo;t a brand in the space offering Guests made-to-order &ldquo;better burgers,&rdquo; hand-cut fries and real ice cream shakes. Guay emphasizes how MOOYAH allows customers to eat a high-quality meal made with fresh ingredients for a low price.

They were instantly attracted to the burgers, fries and shakes franchise not only because of the amazing food, but the family-focused environment that the business encompasses, which is an important part of Guay&rsquo;s and Howells&rsquo;s lives. The pair opened their first MOOYAH in Northborough, Massachusetts in 2016 before next adding locations on UCONN&rsquo;s campus and in Newington, Connecticut. In fact, Guay and Howells regularly organize fundraisers through their three MOOYAH locations, and last year alone they raised well over $10,000&mdash;all of which went back into the local community. Whether following sporting events or church and school gatherings, MOOYAH is a great place to come together as a community and enjoy a meal.

At MOOYAH, Guests have the advantage of choosing from a variety of bun options, such as baked-in-house artisan potato or multigrain wheat non-GMO buns and hand-crafted lettuce buns called Iceburgers to accompany the never-frozen, 100 percent Certified Angus Beef&reg; brand burgers, all natural Jennie-O turkey and mouthwatering MorningStar Farms&reg; black bean veggie burgers. Each gourmet burger can be customized with six cheeses, Applewood smoked bacon and sliced avocado, along with ten free veggie toppings and ten free sauces.

MOOYAH&#39;s hand-cut fries come together in a six-step process that takes a total of 24 hours to completely prepare. A delightful combination of constant attention and a little magic help transform U.S. #1 Idaho potatoes into perfect, crisp-on-the-outside and fluffy-on-the-inside fries. Guests also have the choice of savory sweet potato fries.
