And now, the owner of the West Hartford store, Matt Rusconi, was tasked as one of the first franchisees to launch the MOO2 program.&nbsp;

&quot;We&rsquo;re offering more variety. It&rsquo;s an exciting new menu,&rdquo; Rusconi told We-Ha.com.

The menu additions include&nbsp;grilled chicken, chili queso and the use of Certified Angus Beef in all burgers, exclusively.&nbsp;
