Norwalk Reflector: Penn Station Submits Plans To Perkins Township

The East Coasts Subs franchise may renovate the Chipotle-adjacent space formerly occupied by Mekong.

According to the Norwalk Reflector, Penn Station East Coast Subs has sent plans to Perkins Township for a new restaurant located in the vacant space next to Chipotle which was previously occupied by Mekong.

The Norwalk, Ohio publication quotes Paul Ricci, township community development director, as stating that the plans are currently being reviewed by the township’s chief building official. The publication states that on Wednesday, Perkins Township posted a Facebook update saying Penn Station East Coast Subs would be coming to the area soon.

Penn Station East Coast Subs opened its first restaurant in 1988 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and now boasts over 300 locations across 15 states.
