Poolwerx, the Global Swimming Pool, Spa Care and Maintenance Franchise, Awards 7 Territories in North Carolina and Colorado

The seven newly awarded territories mark the latest addition to Poolwerx’s impressive footprint as the pool and spa service franchise aims to achieve 300 U.S locations open by 2027.

Poolwerx, globally acclaimed for its swimming pool and spa maintenance services, is making waves in the pool cleaning industry. In the month of April alone, the brand awarded seven territories throughout North Carolina and Colorado, and is actively exploring further expansion opportunities across the U.S.

Casey Lee, one of Poolwerx’s latest Franchise Partners, was inspired to get into franchising after witnessing the growth of his brother’s franchise and seeing how he was able to achieve the work-life balance he desired. Lee bought three Poolwerx franchises in Denver after being introduced to the brand by franchise broker Brittany Bode of IFPG

“[Poolwerx Vice President of Sales] Jeff Powell was fantastic to work with,” Bode said. “He is a true professional … and is extremely knowledgeable about the business he represents. My client was looking for an opportunity that had great scalability potential, recurring revenue, strong proof of concept and B2B elements. Poolwerx checks these boxes and more. Thank you to Jeff and the entire PoolWerx team for taking great care of my client!"

Lee was attracted to a pool servicing franchise in the Denver market because of its residual income potential and the need it fulfilled in the area. He recognized that a significant portion (80%) of pool owners serviced their pools independently and aimed to provide them with a retail service center. Additionally, he wanted to cater to the remaining 20% by offering field vehicles to address all pool needs for both commercial and residential customers.

Poolwerx franchise partners can leverage the brand's multi-revenue-stream operational framework to deliver unparalleled pool and spa services in their communities. With startup costs ranging from $182,072 to $430,322, Poolwerx offers a prime opportunity for those seeking entry into the thriving home service and pool sector.

“The Poolwerx franchise offers potential Franchise Partners a choice in complexity,” CEO of Poolwerx North America Andrew Kidd said. “They can dive deep with multiple revenue streams or keep it simple, but the essence remains — a fragmented market where continuous pool care is non-negotiable. This guarantees a steady business relationship with pool owners.”

As Poolwerx approaches its strategic goal of 300 U.S. units by 2027, it continues to make a splash in the franchise world. The team has identified several markets primed for growth, including Texas (Houston, San Antonio and Austin), North Carolina, New Jersey, Virginia, Georgia and building out a Midwest footprint.
