REGYMEN Fitness INFO
About REGYMEN Fitness
REGYMEN Fitness was founded in 2017 by fitness industry experts Edward Navan, Donnie Jarreau and Troy Archer. Navan and Jarreau wanted to create a space in which customers could enjoy a variety of workouts based on modern exercise science that provides proven benefits. The concept took off, and in 2018, the boutique fitness brand began offering franchise opportunities. Today, REGYMEN Fitness has 22 locations in the U.S. and Canada and plenty of hot markets are available for prospective franchisees who want to bring the fitness concept to their communities.
REGYMEN Fitness clients focus on three core areas: Burn, which involves an equal combination of cardio and weights; Box, which focuses on power punching, strength, agility and core work; and Build, which involves compound movements designed to build strength and agility combined with short bouts of explosive cardio. Thanks to these three interlocking pillars, plus heart rate tracking technology and analytics, members can fight workout plateaus, easily set fitness goals and monitor their progress. In the fall of 2020, REGYMEN will also be introducing “REGYMEN On Demand” workouts, which will allow members to complete the daily workouts on their own within the studio while scheduled classes are not taking place.
What sets REGYMEN Fitness apart?
The REGYMEN Fitness leadership team understands how difficult it can be to find time to exercise, which is why the brand incorporates many of today’s popular workouts into one-hour sessions for maximum efficiency; and it is also the reason why REGYMEN offers its new On Demand platform. REGYMEN Fitness workouts combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and weight training and boxing. And, thanks to the heart rate monitor purchased with membership, customers can maximize their calories burned and capitalize on the anaerobic benefits of HIIT. This unique offering allows franchisees to distinguish themselves in their markets in a way competitors cannot.
The REGYMEN Fitness system also never risks running stale. The brand is constantly innovating and adapting to emerging fitness trends and gives franchisees the flexibility to implement new methods and ideas. REGYMEN Fitness also offers a scalable business model perfect for growth-minded franchisees. Studios are designed with franchisees in mind, as the prototype model is built to accommodate the brand’s three signature platforms but also provides franchise owners with the flexibility to add additional platforms. In the fall of 2020, REGYMEN will also be introducing a line of recovery products as the company continues to evolve its unique offering of lifestyle products and programming.
Who Is REGYMEN Fitness?
Why REGYMEN Fitness?
REGYMEN Fitness presents a robust and competitive franchise opportunity for several reasons.
For one, the fitness brand has a low barrier of entry thanks to a membership-based model that provides franchisees with recurring revenue. Franchisees are not burdened with the cost of goods or high staffing requirements and can enter their markets quickly.
Thanks to strategic marketing practices, franchisees will also have a baseline of memberships in place before they even open their doors. The REGYMEN Fitness leadership team signs on each and every new franchisee with the goal to help them get between 250 and 400 members lined up before opening day so they can hit the ground running.
REGYMEN Fitness franchisees also benefit from a leadership team that has more than 75 years of combined professional experience. Navan spent almost an entire decade learning the ins and out of the fitness industry, including running and licensing a successful personal training business, as well as 18 years managing territories across the US as a direct manufacturer rep as well as club design. Jarreau and Archer previously co-founded another fitness concept, Spectrum Fitness, years ago and also spent nearly a decade working in the real estate industry. President Tom O’Keefe brings years of franchise sales experience to the table, having worked with brands such as Anytime Fitness, Ruth’s Chris and Smoothie King Franchises Inc., where he served as President and COO.
Thanks to its status as an emerging franchise, REGYMEN Fitness is proactively targeting growth in markets like Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Nashville, South Florida, New Orleans, Orlando and Raleigh. The brand seeks multi-unit operators who are interested in increasing brand awareness by building multiple studios within their regions.
Why the fitness industry?
REGYMEN Fitness franchisees will join a business in an industry with long-term staying power. More and more people are prioritizing health and fitness and making them part of their day-to-day lives, hence the plethora of devices and apps consumers can use to help them track their goals. As a brand that works hard to stay on top of fitness trends and adapt accordingly, REGYMEN Fitness is well on its way to being a major player in the industry.
Why is now the time to invest?
Fitness trends show that people are interested in boutique gyms instead of impersonal big-box locations. A 2019 Club Industry report, for example, noted that millennials are interested in doing fun and unique workouts in places with friendly staff members where they can feel inspired and motivated to meet their fitness goals. As an emerging brand with several available hot markets available for franchising, REGYMEN Fitness franchisees are well-positioned to capture this audience. What’s more is that franchisees will benefit from top-notch leadership support as they work to scale their business and become leaders in their communities.
The startup costs for a REGYMEN Fitness franchise range from $299,500 to $770,500. The franchise fee is $39,500.
Active members of the United States Armed Forces and veterans who were honorably discharged are eligible for a 20% discount on the initial franchise fee.
