Starting June 1, oysters, beer buckets, smash burgers, fireworks and enough patriotic chaos to make Uncle Sam blush headline the oyster bar franchise’s biggest summer celebration yet.

Seafood restaurant franchise Shuckin Shack Oyster Bar opened at Promenade on Providence on April 8, bringing fresh seafood, chicken, sandwiches and cocktails to the Charlotte community.

Kevin and Dawn Powers will open the growing oyster bar franchise at 5349 Ballantyne Commons Parkway, with a week of festivities leading up to the April 11 Grand Opening event.
