In fact, St. Louis has become Smoothie King&#8217;s No. 1 area in terms of highest average sales volume.&#8220;People were buying up franchises so quick we had to cut it off to allow everyone to catch up,&#8221; Franchise Development Manager Stephen Foley told the St. Louis Business Journal.The chain&#8217;s latest St. Louis franchisees, Shawn Bradley and Nicole Farris, are opening three new locations in south St. Louis County. Bradley said the Oakville store, at 5634 Telegraph Road, is scheduled to open in early July, and he expects the other two stores, in Arnold and Affton, to open by spring 2016 at the latest.
