Harris&#39; second unit, he&#39;d always intended to expand to the area since it&#39;s close to the university and in the perfect spot, he told The Daily Illini.&nbsp;</div>

<div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">Brian Simowitz, the franchise&#39;s vice president of franchise operations, said the brand is always looking to build a greater presence in the Midwest, ever since it opened its first Illinois location in Peoria in 2015.&nbsp;</div>
