After working as Assistant Director of Admissions at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School and then in sales for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Malone decided it was time to combine his passions for finance and helping others.When his grandfather’s health began to decline, Malone knew it was time to step in and help out however he could. “My grandfather's health started failing, and he wanted to do everything he could to stay in the house he built. We had to go into his house and make it senior-proof for him.
