Wilson is preserving key parts of the building's architecture, including exposed brick walls and the decorative tin ceilings, while providing the community with 24/7 access to health club facilities.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>"They want the gym, but they really like the fact that we're going to preserve it, and they like the history of it and they're really getting involved," said Wilson. "We've had several people stop by and just tell their story about what this building kind of meant to them."</div>
