In an interview with Nation’s Restaurant News, Melting Pot CEO Bob Johnston detailed how the leading fondue restaurant brand has exploded in growth and revenue since the pandemic, with 30 straight weeks of growth over 2019 numbers.

To Johnston, the key is what The Melting Pot provides beyond just the food. “It’s not just a restaurant, it's an experience, and people are craving that since the pandemic,” Johnston told NRN. “I think that's why we are performing so well, and frankly, a lot better than anybody I've been able to get numbers from or spoken with in the industry.”

Johnston also shared some of The Melting Pot’s ideas for the future, including new menus and shorter experience times.
