Divyesh and Charlie opened Tennessee’s first <a href="https://1851franchise.com/californiatortilla">California Tortilla</a> location in October of 2019 in Hixson, Tennessee, just outside of Chattanooga.“We have 75 sauces that range from mild to hot on our ‘Wall of Flame’,” Divyesh told WDEF-TV. “There is a variety of different flavors for people with different taste profiles. There are enough options for customers to try and graduate up to the hotter ones.”The Modi brothers are proud to introduce the California Tortilla brand to the people of Tennessee.
