They just opened a second location on October 20, 2015 and said business has been nonstop.</span></p><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="  background-color: #ffffff;">"Checkers has been extremely supportive and provides us all of the tools to make our business successful. Being a franchisee is a lot of work, but we can't imagine what it would be like without the Checkers team," Nowak told Entrepreneur.com. "We had talked about franchising for many years, and now it's a reality. It's the American dream."</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="  background-color: #ffffff;">The pair said they decided to become franchise owners with Checkers because of their familiarity and years of experience with the Checkers brand. They valued the many areas of quality support they received from the franchise and the variety of amazing products they can offer customers at a value price. They added that they really feel like they're part of the Checkers family.</span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span style="  background-color: #ffffff;">"We plan to build to satisfy the demand in the Buffalo metro area," they said.
