It has been about one year since franchisee Dave Dion converted his Manchester <a href="http://www.dairyqueen.com/us-en/Company/Franchise-With-Us/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=new-hampshire-union-leader-dairy-queen-continues-to-grow-in-new-hampshire-10416" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Dairy Queen</a>&reg; location into the brand&#39;s DQ Grill &amp; Chill&reg; model.

The remodel has been extremely well received by the community, bringing a large sales jump with longtime fans excited about the fresh look and many new locals wanting to give it a try.

&ldquo;We are more than thrilled,&rdquo; by the sales jump, Dion told the New Hampshire Union Leader.

The state of New Hampshire as a whole is set to see additional growth from <a href="http://dairyqueen.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=new-hampshire-union-leader-dairy-queen-continues-to-grow-in-new-hampshire-10416" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Dairy Queen</a> in the coming years, as it is a development focus for the brand and Dion himself is looking to open a new location.&nbsp;

International Dairy Queen, Inc. vice president of franchise sales and development&nbsp;Mike&nbsp;Mettler confirmed this&nbsp;and added that the brand has room for two locations in New Hampshire.&nbsp;

&ldquo;That&rsquo;s the pace we&rsquo;re on right now,&rdquo; Mettler told the New Hampshire Union Leader.&nbsp;
