1851: How satisfied are you with your franchise development website?

Beth Caron, Director of Franchise Development for Great Clips*: About 6/10

1851: What would you change on your franchise development website?

Caron: The content is great- but it’s outdated from a branding POV and functionality POV. Severely lacking in mobile functionality.

1851: Is your site performing better or the same as last year and why?

Caron: About the same.

1851: How is your budget shifting to include digital?

Caron:  The budget needs to include funds to better address mobile, search, landing pages, tracking functionality etc. The website is a living & breathing “thing” now and not just a static page that is “done” every couple of years.

1851: Do you expect to change your website in the next year and why?

Caron: Yes, we have been in process of a complete revamp for a while now. When you are part of a large company with a high profile brand, it can take a while to move things forward, but I anticipate that before the end of 2018, you’ll see great things from the new greatclipsfranchise.com website.
