Caron:&nbsp;The content is&nbsp;great- but it&rsquo;s outdated from a branding POV and functionality POV. Severely lacking in mobile functionality.

1851: Is your site performing better or the same as last year and why?&nbsp;

Caron:&nbsp;About the same.

1851: How is your budget shifting to include digital?&nbsp;

Caron:&nbsp; The budget needs to include funds to better address mobile, search, landing pages, tracking functionality etc. The website is a living &amp; breathing &ldquo;thing&rdquo; now and not just a static page that is &ldquo;done&rdquo; every couple of years.

1851: Do you expect to change your website in the next year and why?&nbsp;

Caron:&nbsp;Yes, we have been in process of a complete revamp for a while now. When you are part of a large company with a high profile brand, it can take a while to move things forward, but I anticipate that before the end of 2018, you&rsquo;ll see&nbsp;great&nbsp;things from the new&nbsp;<a href="http://greatclipsfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchise-development-website-guide-great-clips-2706716" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">greatclipsfranchise.com</a>&nbsp;website.
