Brent Dowling is the CEO and Co-Founder of Raintree*. He's also an Australian native who frequently finds himself in the Colorado Rockies as a competitive snowboarder. He thought he found his dream job working in the General Assembly of the United Nations, but decided to leave the field and pursue his MBA after realizing it wasn't a fit for him. While completing his MBA, he came across franchising and decided to put his skills to use. Dowling moved to Denver and started working part-time at Doc Popcorn, where he helped grow the business to more than 400 units in a three-year period. That inspired him to start his own business, and as such, Raintree was born.
