Andrew Williams and Ross Bradley haven’t wasted any time in establishing their careers at just 26 years old.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and business owners, Williams decided that he wanted to open his own restaurant and invited his childhood friend, Bradley, to be his partner.

“I didn’t have much experience in restaurants before Your Pie, but I’ve been around family members who have been running businesses all my life,” said Williams. I would go to work with them and see how they operate, and I learned a lot more from them than I did in school. I would say that I grew up around some great role models in business and life.”

Their location in Snellville, Georgia, broke the record for grand opening sales, and they’ve been able to hold the No. 1 position in the franchise ever since.

And the reason they’ve had such success? The people.

“Your Pie is has a proven product and our founder, Drew French, really hit the nail on the head with the concept,” said Bradley. “The business is proven, and the product is delicious. So we differentiate ourselves by focusing on the guest experience.”

Pizza is the second most consumed item behind hamburgers, and while the duo knows they provide a better product, they knew that they could stand apart from the rest if they made the customer the priority.

“Our location is really special because of the people we work with, the community involvement, and the culture that Your Pie brings to Snellville,” said Williams. “It’s more than just serving food.”

Williams and Bradley know this methodology works as they’ve seen it firsthand.

“When you grow your business like this you don’t have to rely on promotions to bring people in the door, you just have to take care of everything that happens in these four walls,” added Williams.

It seems simple, but sometimes success can mean just going back to the basics. The duo will be applying this same mentality to their next Your Pie location which is opening in 2016.

“One thing I love about Your Pie is that it’s something totally different and truly celebrates craft and creativity,” said Bradley. “Everything is handmade to order and it’s so much fun for me when you see someone’s reaction that’s never experienced something like this before. It proves we’re doing something right.”
