SPC is PSB’s newest investor which will help expand the company’s footprint to give more people access to superior customer service and professional products through Premium Service Brands.SPC targets U.S. companies in the consumer and franchise services, healthcare services, and industrial technology sectors with $3 million to $15 million in EBITDA. Squillario sought out Flick several times before sealing the deal, and Flick told Franchise Bible Radio he wishes he would’ve picked up the phone sooner.Premium Service Brands partners with franchisees to provide comprehensive training, sophisticated technology, and cross-branded support for every step of their business. Flick started with just one brand and has since grown PSB's portfolio to seven brands including, <a href="https://www.handymanpro.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchise-bible-coach-radio-susquehanna-private-capital-invests-in-premium-service-brands-2715670" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Handyman Pro</a> among other home service brands. With funding from SPC, Handyman Pro and all PSB brands will continue to strengthen their presence in their core lines of business while expanding into the rapidly growing home services industry.Founded in 2016, SPC prides itself on its ability to collaboratively and patiently work with founders, entrepreneurs and operators. SPC’s investment in PSB follows its recent investment in Mosquito Authority, a franchisor of mosquito, pest, and tick control services.“We’re super excited about this partnership,” Flick told Franchise Bible Radio. “It brings a lot of different value to Premium Service Brands and Handyman Pro especially. As an entrepreneur, I have to make a lot of decisions and now I have a partner who I can bounce ideas off of. Kyle and his team have been in the industry for years bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.
