IWG Announces Two New Maryland Locations as Demand For Hybrid Working Continues to Grow

World’s largest flexible workspace provider announces plans to open a new HQ center in Hagerstown and a Regus center in Elkridge. As momentum continues to build for hybrid, IWG plans to add more than 500 locations in the U.S.

Growing demand for flexibility and access to professional spaces is underscored by record demand for hybrid working with IWG adding two million customers in the last year, as more and more businesses empower workers to work close to home in the heart of local communities. The new suburban market locations include one HQ center in Hagerstown as well as a Regus center in Elkridge, situated just outside of Baltimore. Both locations will offer IWG’s full suite of facilities, including private offices, co-working and collaboration spaces, meeting rooms and a host of tech services, like IT support.

IWG will add two Regus centers in the following locations:

- 6865 Deerpath Road, Elkridge, MD (Regus)

The city was also the state’s first railroad commuter suburb.
