TORONTO (January 19, 2023):&nbsp;IWG, the world’s largest flexible workspace and office provider, plans to&nbsp; double the size of its Canadian network in the next three years to reach 250 locations. In the first half of&nbsp; 2023, IWG will bring its&nbsp;HQ&nbsp;brand to Canada opening four locations in Edmonton, Ottawa, Gatineau and&nbsp;&nbsp;Truro, three&nbsp;Regus&nbsp;locations in Cambridge, Calgary and Sherbrooke, and two&nbsp;SPACES&nbsp;coworking&nbsp; locations – a first in Edmonton and the 14th&nbsp;SPACES in Toronto, opening in the Leslieville neighbourhood.&nbsp;&nbsp;As IWG shifts to a growth strategy focused on managed partnerships, almost all newly announced&nbsp; locations in 2023 will open in the form of landlord partners. The strategy enables partners to capitalize&nbsp; on the rapidly growing hybrid working sector while benefiting from IWG’s unrivalled sector expertise&nbsp; and receiving access to the Group’s digital platform as well as its sales and marketing capabilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;“As the demand for hybrid working continues to increase, landlords are paying close attention to the&nbsp; flexible workspace sector.
