Three brothers have signed a four-unit agreement with modernized laundromat franchise, <a href="https://www.laundrolabfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=3-brothers-sign-on-to-bring-laundrolab-to-phoenix-2717893" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">LaundroLab</a>, to bring the brand’s first locations to the Phoenix market. <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/josh-mann-0652b2183/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=3-brothers-sign-on-to-bring-laundrolab-to-phoenix-2717893" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Josh</a>, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/eric-mann-5611275a/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=3-brothers-sign-on-to-bring-laundrolab-to-phoenix-2717893" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Eric</a> and <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/mannzach/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=3-brothers-sign-on-to-bring-laundrolab-to-phoenix-2717893" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Zach Mann</a> have set out to satisfy an increasing demand for quality laundromat services in the Valley of the Sun, and they are doing so with a franchise model that has proven itself in record time. The LaundroLab brand started franchising early in 2021 and has since gone on to award more than 30 franchise licenses to 12 franchisees.&nbsp;The Mann brothers all attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, a city south of Phoenix. Each took different career paths after college: Eric graduated with a software degree and worked for a chemical company, Zach worked in the sales lab for food delivery platform DoorDash, and Josh worked as a marketing and web content specialist in sporting goods. But their paths soon converged when they decided to go into business together.“We had always wanted to do something as a family,” Josh said. “With the pandemic and everybody making life changes, we felt we were at the point where it really made sense. LaundroLab’s sister concept, laundry pick-up and delivery service <a href="https://www.2ulaundry.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=3-brothers-sign-on-to-bring-laundrolab-to-phoenix-2717893" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">2ULaundry</a>, is another opportunity the new franchisees are excited to develop. “That will allow us to tap into Scottsdale and Paradise Valley — places with more expensive living,” Zach said.LaundroLab has provided full-service support in getting these new Arizona units developed quickly, assisting with equipment deals, business framework and site selection. “It’s great to have some structure, and to have that guide to help us,” Josh said.The Mann brothers are aiming to open their first LaundroLab unit in the late spring or early summer of 2022, and they say they are open to continued expansion once their first units are established. “We want to walk before we run though,” Zach added. “As soon as we figure out the secret sauce, then we’ll think about scaling.”“The dream is to have a well-run, stress free business,” Josh said. The Mann brothers say they see a break-even on their investment quickly, and they are eager to begin providing a new level of service for their communities.The liquidity requirements for a new LaundroLab franchise ranges from $321,000-$483,000.
