Maid Right, the 21-unit residential cleaning franchise under the Premium Service Brands umbrella, is ready to take the brand to the next level through strategic franchise growth, new benefits for franchisees and more.

Following a recent private equity investment by Susquehanna Private Capital and a systemwide 15% sales increase in Q2 over Q1, the Premium Service Brands team is ushering in a new era for Maid Right by rolling out several advancements to its franchise system. A major part of this mission is the new Owner Experience Program, a tech-powered learning experience designed to immerse its incoming franchisees in the day-to-day life of their new business.

“We have been aggressively growing all of our PSB concepts over the past few years, and this investment will allow us to build out Maid Right’s infrastructure and business model so we are better positioned to support new owners at the rate at which they want to join,” said CEO Paul Flick.

When it comes to training and support, Maid Right franchisees have always had access to a robust marketing and operations plan, a CRM for managing customers and invoicing and more. Now, the Owner Experience Program will leverage new virtual reality and role playing platforms to teach incoming Maid Right franchisees leadership and higher-order decision making skills.

When designing the program, Premium Service Brands partnered with two companies — Mursion and VIRTI — to give owners a platform to practice estimates, sales calls, hiring and recruiting in a virtual reality and role playing setting.

“The Owner Experience Program is one of the many new improvements we are making to our system to help us recruit, develop and support the very best franchisees for each of our brands,” said Flick.

As an extension of this experiential onboarding process, Premium Service Brands has also unveiled a newly designed learning and development center, which is formatted to encourage collaboration.

“Premium Service Brands creates a family atmosphere throughout their entire organization,” said Henderson, Nevada-based Maid Right franchisee Sean Bellinger. “They give you a framework that you can build on, and they give you the support and the tools that you need to do that. People start franchises because they want to buy into something that someone has already proven. Maid Right provides the infrastructure, coaches, peer network, resources and support needed to grow.”

With the Owner Experience Program in place, Maid Right owners will have the opportunity to learn all about the brand’s repeat-referral business model, flexible operations and in-demand proprietary MR Shield disinfectant. From there, they will be primed to start working and building a dedicated customer base from the get-go, as well as take advantage of vertical growth opportunities with Premium Service Brands’ other home services concepts.

Now, fueled by the momentum of this high-tech training program and strategic private equity investment, Maid Right is looking for qualified franchise partners to continue expansion in available territories throughout the country.

“It is an exciting moment for the Maid Right brand, and we are eager to share the franchise opportunity with more entrepreneurs,” said Flick. “The time has truly never been better for prospective franchisees who want to join the Maid Right family and take control of their future.”
