The fondue restaurant, located at 2045 S. Hurstbourne Parkway is in the final stages of a $400,000 renovation process which will give the restaurant a more open, modern feel.This remodel is part of a larger system-wide effort to bring all locations to a shared standard and updated look.“Any new locations that go in are going to follow this new model of more open air, lighter colors, and an emphasis on the different revenue centers that we use in the restaurant,” said&nbsp;<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/collin-benyo-1bb36a248/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=louisville-business-first-small-plates-melting-pot-completing-400000-renovation-of-its-louisville-location-2723937" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Collin Benyo</a>, chief growth strategist. “So, it’s not just a traditional dining room setting that we started with a long time ago.
