Longtime Milwaukee Subway franchisees Punit Jaiswal and Ashraf Noorani are opening the first <a href="http://www.mooyahfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=milwaukee-business-journal-mooyah-burgers-preps-for-debut-in-two-weeks-3054" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">MOOYAH </a>location in Brookfield, Wisconsin in the next two weeks, with plans to add four more locations over the next five years. The two were drawn to the fast-casual burger business because of the brand&#8217;s unique variety of ingredients and offerings. <a href="http://mooyah.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=milwaukee-business-journal-mooyah-burgers-preps-for-debut-in-two-weeks-3054" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">MOOYAH</a> has been expanding rapidly across the country, and their Wisconsin development plans are no different, with multiple locations open in the Madison area and many other cities targeted across the state. The Milwaukee area has become a hub for fast-casual restaurants, but Noorani believes items like the black-bean chipotle veggie burgers and bun-less &#8220;icebergers&#8221; will help them stand out from the competition.
