Some noteworthy call outs from the subcategories: Cracker Barrel was the top spot in &ldquo;casual dining restaurant chains&rdquo; with a customer service score of 9.01 out of 10; Firehouse Subs topped &ldquo;fast casual&rdquo; at 8.75; and Papa Murphy&rsquo;s reigned in the &ldquo;pizza chain&rdquo; arena at 8.63, according to the article. The overall highest score went to Chick-fil-A at 9.11, according to the article.
