Newsweek Ranks Best Restaurants For Customer Service

Subcategories include “casual dining restaurant chains,” “donut chains,” “upscale chain restaurants” and more.

According to an article in Newsweek, the publication sought to “recognize a more personal factor in business success: the ways in which many companies nurture their relationships with consumers.” Newsweek partnered with the global research firm Statista to “analyze data across 141 retail categories,” according to the article, including “catering, restaurants and leisure.”

Some noteworthy call outs from the subcategories: Cracker Barrel was the top spot in “casual dining restaurant chains” with a customer service score of 9.01 out of 10; Firehouse Subs topped “fast casual” at 8.75; and Papa Murphy’s reigned in the “pizza chain” arena at 8.63, according to the article. The overall highest score went to Chick-fil-A at 9.11, according to the article.
