You certainly continue to make mistakes, but that voice in your head talks you through it. “I shouldn’t do that anymore,” or, “my bad.”The beauty of tomorrow is that it is a new day.&nbsp;Think about New Year’s resolutions. We use the end of the year as an excuse to make a change. What if we were treating every month like that? Every week? Or, if you are super ambitious, every day?&nbsp;It’s not just you the person, it’s also you the brand.&nbsp;There are many ways to approach looking at tomorrow in a new light. Let’s start with half-full versus half-empty.If I told you there was a sandwich brand that had 306 open restaurants at the end of 2018 according to its 2020 FDD, would you like to be that brand?Now, what if I told you this brand had 489 open restaurants at the start of 2017?Half-empty?And now, what if I told you that brand was Quiznos?Everything changes.When the sky is falling, tomorrow is scary. BUT, sometimes you have to make drastic changes to create a new, positive, half-full momentum.Business is hard. Life is hard. But, the most amazing thing, in my opinion, is that you are in control. You decide on happiness. You decide what happens tomorrow. You decide the ending.How amazing is that.So, as you wake up to a new month, you decide if you are going to crush it or not.Powerful, indeed.
