<p>Eric Williams<strong> </strong>recognizes the value of hard work.</p><div>The 24-year-old resident of Satellite Beach, Florida, is the co-owner of <strong></strong><a href="http://www.twomenandatruckfranchising.com/home?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=professional-mover-sets-sights-on-2016-olympics-2492" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><strong><span class="brand-highlight">TWO MEN AND A TRUCK*</span></strong><strong><span style="  background: white;">&#174;</span></strong></a><strong><span style="  background: white;"></span></strong> in Delray Beach. However, his success as a business owner hasn&#8217;t stopped him from pursuing another dream.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>After swimming well under the relay qualifying standard at the recent Florida Gold Coast Senior Championship,Williams is inching closer to representing the U.S. in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&#8220;Friends and family were very shocked I made the cut, which was cool,&#8221; Williams said. &#8220;I had kept my training a secret so they didn&#8217;t know.&#8221;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>After graduating from Florida Atlantic University in 2014, Williams decided to go into business with his father, David. At work, he does a little of everything to provide the best customer service possible. Williams shares his time between the office, and from the truck as a driver and a mover.
