Property Damage Appraisers (PDA) is a business that was founded on the notion that unexpected challenges require nimble and fast reactions. On April 1, PDA launched its Specialty/Heavy Equipment Same-Day Service offering, in which its specialty trained appraisers assess damage on critical commercial heavy equipment, like emergency vehicles and semi-trucks delivering supplies, within 24 hours. to get the repair process started quickly. PDA's National Optimizer technology assesses where the damaged equipment is and matches that need with the most qualified appraiser nationwide to keep essential businesses in operation.“Our services are more important now than ever before, because our team of qualified appraisers is able to quickly and accurately assess damage on mission-critical equipment to begin the repair process,” said PDA CEO Tom Dolfay. “Everyone in our business plays a key role in what we are trying to accomplish, and we have been able to do our part in helping keep vehicles on the road delivering much-needed supplies all over the country.”To show its gratitude for everyone associated with the business, PDA will launch a new marketing campaign, Public Displays of Appreciation, in April. Stories will be shared from franchisees in their local offices, corporate staff working from their home offices, and appraisers supporting clients in the field. PDA will highlight a weekly “Person Doing Awesome” to recognize their hard work. Each franchisee has also been making phone calls to offer their help and personally thank adjusters who have worked with PDA to show the brand’s appreciation.“COVID-19 has certainly changed the global business landscape, but across the board, our team has stepped up nationally to deliver fast, quality results during this challenging time,” said Dolfay. “We are so grateful for every appraiser, franchise owner, staff member and client who works within our industry.
