When prospective franchise candidates are deciding which brand is the best fit for them, there are a lot of tools and resources at their disposal. Stites first started the company after realizing that the industry&rsquo;s major players were all looking for the same information when it came to franchise validation. During the podcast, he says, &ldquo;Everybody wants to know the same stuff. Is the training good? Are you making any money? Is the support good? Is the marketing good?&rdquo;

Putting the answers to those questions in one central place is then advantageous for franchisors, franchisees and prospective candidates.

Stites continued, &ldquo;One, it would certainly help candidates get that information. And two, it would save franchisees a lot of time because they just get bombarded with phone calls from prospective franchisees that want to know this information. And if they could share their story in a way that would facilitate that, it would be kind of a win-win, and certainly a win for the franchisor.&rdquo;
