When the pandemic hit, I was virtual and remote already, so it didn't affect me much.”Around this time, Yassa says he was talking with one of his mentors, who asked him what his plan was for the future. “I predicted that the pandemic was here to stay and that people would need help pivoting to become better, stronger and faster,” he said. “That is what first got me interested in business coaching. I wanted to help more people do that. During that conversation, my mentor asked me why I thought I could be a good business coach, and I realized I had experience in nearly all aspects of business leadership.”Only a week later, Yassa received a phone call from The Growth Coach telling him about the franchise opportunity. “To me, it was a godsend,” he said. “They checked my LinkedIn profile and thought I’d be a great fit.
