What did you do before franchising, and how did you decide franchising made sense for you?Michael Craig:&nbsp;I’ve been a business owner in Claremont for about 19-and-a-half years. It has always been about transformation.“I have always wanted to give back,” Campbell said. “I grew up in Missouri in poverty. I joined the Marine Corps and served in two wars. I spent over 20 years and retired as a major with a master’s degree. It wasn’t easy.”After retiring from the military, Campbell moved to Wilmington, North Carolina, where he became a pastor at a small church.
