How Many Chefs for Seniors Locations Are There?

Chefs for Seniors got its start in 2014 as a family-run business. The brand was founded by Barrett Allman who was an executive chef and restaurant owner with 25 years’ experience in the food service industry. When he spoke with senior customers in his restaurant, he realized that they often struggled to cook for themselves. Allman started the company in Madison, Wisconsin, to provide meals for seniors; his son Nathan joined the team shortly after.

The father-and-son team prepared the meals for all of their clients at first, but eventually began offering franchise opportunities in 2018.

Chefs for Seniors now has 90+ locations across the U.S.
