Send Me a Pro got its start as Bounce Fitness, later becoming Send Me a Trainer, a similar concept that connected customers solely to fitness experts.
In 2007, Bary El-Yacoubi was a personal trainer and realized that clients were much more likely to keep their appointments if he traveled to their homes. Muhssin El-Yacoubi, who was completing his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University at the time, was inspired by El-Yacoubi’s idea. He wrote up the business plan for Bounce Fitness as an MBA class project; the business was founded that same year in Washington D.C.
In 2012, the brand opened a second territory in Qatar, and launched its first franchise opportunities in 2019. In 2021, the brand expanded internationally once again into the UK and Dubai.
