What is the VaVia Business Model?

The company’s goal is to provide easy solutions for waste disposal, as well as simple operations for owners. VaVia has a modern, tech-driven approach and utilizes top-of-the-line efficiency programs and a full ERP system to streamline the business. The brand claims it “gives franchisees a detailed view of their business through our reporting suite and Google Maps integration, which allow franchisees to track all inventory digitally and gain valuable insights into how well they are maximizing the return on their assets.”

With the company’s comprehensive Go to Market" plan, franchisees are expected to see monthly returns within four to six months, Franchise Opportunities reports. VaVia helps owners to advertise with digital marketing partners, sales strategies, local listings, and more.

All franchisees go through an initial training program that is designed to teach them aspects like hauling operations, field training, sales and pricing, inventory management, reporting and other important parts of the business.
