Gould also touched on how he started <a href="https://1851franchise.com/houndstownusa/info">Hounds Town USA</a> with his first location in Port Jefferson, New York and how his passion for understanding the behavior of dogs was a driving force behind the business.“I had this obsession and passion for understanding dogs,” said Gould. “Dogs are pack animals and are social by nature. Through my police career, I was always able to ‘group’ dogs together regardless of how they look on a leash.
