A true entrepreneur himself, Eric can relate to franchisees and serve as a model example of how successful one can be in the junk hauling industry.&nbsp;<h4>Charlotte Melanson - Executive Coordinator&nbsp;</h4>Melanson’s background includes over 20 years in human resources, building processes and procedures and ensuring operations run efficiently. She serves as executive coordinator and is an essential member of the team who orchestrates and handles many company initiatives. As the brand evolves into franchising, Melanson is working to connect Junk Junk Baby! with hundreds of franchise brokers nationwide, and setting up networking events across the country with unique opportunities for prospective partners and owners to meet and talk with Myers.&nbsp;<h4>Ben Henry - Operations Manager&nbsp;</h4>Henry comes from a real estate background; and, like Myers, was seeking a change in his career path. He just recently joined Junk Junk Baby!, in January, and he is incredibly excited and happy to be a part of the team.
