We’ve always done that and it won’t change.”&nbsp;When it comes to growth, Johnston says the key to Melting Pot’s success is this&nbsp;<a href="https://1851franchise.com/meltingpot/5-reasons-to-buy-a-melting-pot-franchise-in-2022-2718451">strategic partnership with franchisees</a>. “Most of our locations are owned and operated by people from the local community,” he said. “We support them to have the best measure of success that they can.
