With 2020 just getting started, the franchise brand stopped by FOX 7 Austin to demonstrate how people can still start their fitness resolutions today.REGYMEN offers an assortment of classes and workouts including burn workouts, boxing workouts and build workouts. Each of these incorporates unique exercises to give clients a full body workout week to week.
